Requirements:
Graduate in Engineering, preferably from Polytechnic University in Bucharest, TCM Faculty or Aeronautics;
Having a Master or being a master student at TCM Faculty or Aeronautics will be a great asset.

Professional Experience:
Experience in mechanical processing at least 3 years;
Knowledge of Microsoft Office;
Proven experience in surface coatings and heat treatment processes;
English - advanced level;
Knowledge of AutoCAD or SolidEdge.

Functional / Technical Skills:
Using technical drawings and process specifications;
Using methods and measuring techniques with AMC (Apparatus of Measurement and Control);
Designing processes and operations for machine working, marking, assembly and dimensional control;
Analyzing against non-compliance issues and establishing the cause of generation / non-detection;
Assessment, monitoring and implementing corrective and preventive actions;
Risk analysis and monitoring actions;
Collecting and processing data and indicators for integrated reporting systems;
Justification of results for specific characteristics measurement ofsub-ensemble / product;
Knowledge of handling coordinate measuring machines;
Achievement / coordination activities for approval of subsystem / product;

Behavioural Competencies:

Education: Technical or economic university degree in the field of international relations marketing
                Preferable : Technical or economic university degree

Professional experience: Minimum 3 years of activity
                 Preferable : 1-3 years of activity in the commercial sphere, preferably the "Sales / Offering  / Contracting"

Tasks and responsibilities:
                 Draws up the marketing activity plan and  propose the budget
                Annual update and continuously improves the company's presentation materials
                Maintain and update the official website Turbomecanica
                Develop  promotion and presentation of products / services TMB to potential clients
                Contact  potential business partners in order to identify their requirements, available market segments, manage and participate in special promotional and protocol activities
               Carry out required activities  for participation TMB
               Provide information and realize reports (analysis market requirement product / services based on capabilities TBM, centralizing contact data for visitors, potential clients  and  maintaining professional contact, monitoring of main competitors and comparative SWOT analysis)
              Managing contacts and mutual knowledge of potential clients

Functional/Technical skills:
             Advanced professional knowledge in commercial (specific legislation, offering, orders analysis, products expedition in country and export, negotiation techniques, communication with internal and external partners)
            Ability to work at computer (Microsoft Office) for specific job tasks
    English Language (written and conversational) advanced or medium
            Preferable : Minimal technical knowledge
                            Marketing knowledge
                            Ability to work at computer to use SAP and specific programs editing promotional video / photo
                            French Language (written and conversational) advanced or  medium

Responsibilities:

Perform scheduled design activities and update company documentation;
Identify and analyze client requirements for the quality management system, in the stage of analysis and acceptance of client offers / orders / contracts. Establishes actions necessary to align management quality systems to client requirements;
Identify and analyze requirements for quality management system in the process of warning form analysis. Sets the actions needed to align management system to these requirements;
Triggers and aims to complete the process of analyzing the implications of the warning form in the system / processes / products, in accordance with procedures.

Requirements:
Higher technical education: Graduate of Engineering and Quality Management / Materials Science and Engineering / Aerospace Engineering Faculty .

Experience in conducting internal audits or external quality management systems (ISO 9001) and / or System Environmental Management (ISO 14001);
The desire to assimilate and organize new knowledge in a relatively short time;
Technical knowledge on technological processes of production / repair in the field of machine or aviation, knowledge of special processes applied in this area;
Preferably, experience working with a system of Quality Assurance and knowledge standards for quality assurance (ISO 9001, AS / EN 9100);
Ongoing internal auditor for quality management system (ISO 9001, ISO 19011);
Knowledge of English, at an advanced level (reading, writing, speaking);
PC savvy, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook) experienced user and knowledge in SAP (is an advantage).
