Dana Maria CIORAPCIU
Member of the Managing Board of TURBOMECANICA S.A. since 2006
Studies and experience:
Trained as an architect, she graduated from the Ion Mincu Architecture Institute of Bucharest in 1979 and worked, starting with the year of her graduation, as an architect in Bucharest, for several design institutes and at Agricola Bank. During 1996-1999 she is named as Deputy Director at the Logistics Department of Agricola Bank.
Among her main achievements we can count her contribution to the realization of “Palace of the Parliament” Project, the world’s second-largest office building in surface.
Between 1999 and 2008, she acted as General Manager at Babylon Bucharest – architecture and landscape Company, where she is also member of the Managing Board and associate.
Since May 2008 she is Chief Architect at TURBOMECANICA S.A. and brought her important contribution to the Company by delivering the project for the new office building.
Radu Ovidiu SARBU

Studies and experience:
Mr. Sarbu graduated the Physics Faculty at “Babes Bolyai” University in Cluj-Napoca, promotion of 1974. He started his career as a Physicist at Portelan “IRIS” Company in Cluj (1974-1977). Between 1977- 1992 he worked as Scientific Researcher at Isotopic and Molecular Technologies Institute in Cluj. Starting with 1992, he was named Director at Mentor Impex Company in Cluj and starting with 1995 was appointed Director at Nord Vest Petrol Company in Satu Mare. In 1997 he continued his career as Director of FPS Cluj County Direction. From 1998 until 2000 he was appointed Chairman of Managing Board of State Property Fund. During 2001 to 2010 Mr. Sarbu was acting as Business Consultant. From 2010 until today he is Director at Technic Glass Company in Cluj.
He is also author of over 10 scientific publications and holds an invention patent. He has published over 100 scientific articles in Bursa, Foaia Transilvana, Ziarul Financiar, Romania Libera, etc.
Niculae HAVRILET
Member of the Managing Board of TURBOMECANICA S.A. since 2021
Studies and experience:
By profession mechanical engineer with specialization related to natural gas distribution systems, Mr. Nicolae Havrilet was and continues to be involved in macroeconomic management, dedicated to aspects related to economic development for both new areas such as energy and green energy, but also in terms of the basic economic structure.
In his positions both within the regulatory authorities and within the state institutions, Mr. Havrilet used his experience gained over many years in which he worked as an engineer to implement in the coordinated fields the pragmatism of those who know the problem in the energy field. At the same time, Mr. Havrilet is among those who coordinated the thinking, but also the implementation in Romania of strategies related to green energy, the liberalization of gas and electricity markets, as well as the identification of new sustainable energy sources.
Gheorghe-Alexandru MAN
Member of the Managing Board of TURBOMECANICA S.A. since 2024
Studies and experience:
Graduate of the Faculty of Economics of the Babes-Bolyai University of Cluj-Napoca since 1982 and of the Faculty of Mathematics since 1972.
He is one of the first financial auditors in Romania, a member of CAFR since 2000 and a chartered accountant member of CECCAR since 1987. Since 2005 he has been a financial auditor of capital market entities. Member of CECCAR since 1987 and Vice-President of CECCAR Bucharest 2010-2012.
Mr. Alexandru MAN has extensive experience in the economic field, with accreditations and certifications obtained in local administration and community development, evaluation, management and auditing of European projects, public procurement, financial audit, internal audit and internal control, accounting, taxation and accounting expertise.
As an expert trainer, Mr. Alexandru MAN has held courses on financial auditing of European projects at the Babes-Bolyai University, the West University of Timisoara, the University of Craiova and the Romanian-German University of Sibiu.
He is co-author of three specialized practical guides: financial audit, financial-accounting procedures and audit and internal control.
