Dubai Airshow 2015
Turbomecanica already started to prepare its attendance at Dubai Airshow, taking place 8-12 November 2015. This Airshow is one of the most successful events organized worldwide in this field, that gathers professionals from the aeronautical field as well as from other complementary industries, enabling successful international partnerships.
Dubai Airshow was organized for the first time in 1986 as Arab Air. Since then, the number of exhibitors grew significantly and the show became one of the greatest and most important aerospatial events in the world, in what concerns both military and civil aircrafts. Currently, it continues to grow and overcome traditional markets as it becomes an increasingly important hub in the global aerospace industry.
The new millenium brought an unseen change in the aeronautical industry. Dubai Airshow contributed to this change by creating a world-class exhibition that presents the latest and most advanced military, civil or commercial aircrafts.
The last edition of Dubai Airshow (2013) was hosted, for the first time, by the Al Maktoum International (DWC) Aerotropolis. This was the biggest show ever, with 1.046 exhibitors from over 60 countries, more than 60.000 visitors, over 1.700 regional and international mass-media representatives, as well as an order book of over $200 billion – the largest in any air show history.
At this year’s edition, Turbomecanica aims, on the one hand, to restate its presence on the international specialized market, reconfirming its experience in the field and its flexibility in regards to clients’ needs, its capabilities and high level of work quality. On the other hand, it aims to establish professional contacts with both some of the largest customers of the company’s portfolio, such as ROLLS-ROYCE, TURBOMECA, AIRBUS, AGUSTA, GE, and new potential clients in order to set or renew long term partnerships.
With a new image and fresh forces, Turbomecanica is ready to regain its important position in the supply chain of great companies in the field.
